Now that the Tracy Three have been arrested and arraigned in a Stockton courtroom, datelines of news reports following up on the Tracy Torture Case will no longer read "Tracy." It looks like it'll be "Stockton" from here on in.
Small consolation to a town made famous — at least for a week or two — by one of the most horrifying child abuse stories in recent memory.
